Are you ready to go with the flow?

I made this quick vid this morning having no idea what was going to come about. I didn't plan it or think about it beforehand. The result is an expression of my present moment.

You don’t have to get on your mat with an agenda for your practice, you can simply tune in and allow your body to guide you. Oftentimes, less is more, simplicity is the best medicine and pulling back is sweetness personified.

Let’s flow into 2019 without judgements or criticisms about where we are in our practice. Let’s just enjoy the spaciousness and tune into the incredible insights that can come about when we allow our bodies to slow down, our minds to shut the hell up and our breath to be present with our movement.

A 2-minute practice done with complete presence is worth more than an hour of practice done with a disperse and wandering monkey mind.
